Return Eligibility
– Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
– Any claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the affected items.
– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
– Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
– Products damaged due to improper handling, washing, or use after delivery are not eligible for return.
– Change of mind or incorrect quantity ordered by the buyer is not covered under this policy.

How to Request a Return
1. Contact us at return@premiumsupplier.uk within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, photos of the item(s), and a brief description of the issue.
3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

Refunds & Replacements
– Approved claims will be resolved via a replacement shipment or a refund/credit note, at our discretion.
– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Shipping Costs
– Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Premium Supplier.
– Return shipping for any other approved cases will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
